2017 AOB Postdoc Liela Bayeh-Romero Awarded CPRIT

Congratulations to 2017 Beckman Postdoctoral Fellow Liela Bayeh-Romero, PhD in her prestigious achievement, the CPRIT Award. The Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas awarded Dr. Romero with a $2,000,000 grant and one of the thirteen academic recruitment awards, of which she has been hired as Assistant Professor at Baylor University. She will start her lab in July.
